1] This is an application for intervention by the first informant Mr. Pravin Jayram Dhole in CR No.I-198 of 2018 registered with Shantinagar Police Station, Bhiwandi, District Thane.

2] For the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application for intervention is allowed in terms of prayer cause (a). 3] Applicant in A.B.A. No.2112 of 2018 is directed to implead the first informant as respondent No.2. Amendment be carried out within a 1/2

appp.587-2019.doc period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the Advocate for the respondent No.2 within the same stipulated period.
