Petitioner being a member of Machhimar Nagar, Mahim Koli Co-op. Hsg. Society raises issues concerning the cooperative society share certificate, membership. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the communication on the letter head of the learned advocate was addressed to the Senior Inspector of Police, ACP and other officers on 17th February, 2016 but no cognizance has been taken. Hence, the petitioner desires to initiate criminal proceedings. The petitioner may take appropriate steps in accordance with the provisions of Sections 154, 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. We, accordingly, dispose of the petition with liberty.
