Counsel for petitioner states that facts and grounds in this petition are similar to Writ Petition No.5842 of 2018 in which, an order dated 25th September 2018 came to be passed which reads as under: "The spot in respect of which the relief is sought in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India is situated in Taluka - Parnar, District Ahmednagar. Therefore, this Petition ought to have been filed before the Bench at Aurangabad. We, accordingly, return the Petition to the Advocate for the petitioner for its presentation before the Bench at Aurangabad."

Counsel for petitioner states that this petition, therefore, be returned to petitioner for its presentation before the Bench at Aurangabad. Mr. Thorat agrees and states he has no objection if, the petition is returned to be presented before the Bench at Aurangabad.
