DATED : 28th AUGUST, 2023 P.C:- Application is filed with the following two reliefs :- (a) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to renew/re-issue applicant's passport with number G2305316 which duly expired on 22/02/2017. (b) That the applicant be allowed to travel to Ontario, Canada as and when required to meet his daughter during her stay in the country with any such conditions placed by the Hon'ble Court.

By order dated 14/7/2023, direction was issued to respondent no.2 to re-issue the passport in accordance with the rules and regulations.

Since the order dated 14/7/2023 directed the passport to be deposited, and the applicant was restrained from travelling abroad without permission of the Court, the learned counsel for the applicant state that since the passport is now re-issued, she will deposit the same with ACB, Thane, within 48 hours from today.

As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, since it is vaguely worded and so are the grounds in the application, I confer the liberty upon the applicant to take out an appropriate application by highlighting the necessity of travel and indicating the dates of visit to his daughter, abroad.

The present application stand disposed off, with the liberty as above.
