This Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 109 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. The explanation given for this delay is more particularly set out in paragraph Nos.2 to 6 thereof. Considering that Applicant No.2, who is the proprietor of Applicant No.1, is 82 years old, I find that sufficient explanation has been given for condoning this delay.
