Mr. Rayrikar has tendered photocopy of the order dated 28th April, 2017 passed by the Hon'ble Minister, Co-operation, Marketing and Textiles dismissing the Revision Application filed by

2 903-CAW-1100-2017 the petitioner against the report dated 13th December, 2016 made by the authorized Officer to District Special Auditor Class I, Co.op. Socities, Dhule. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view thereof, Mr. Patwardhan submits that the petitioner will consider challenging the order, if so advised. 4.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the civil application. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear that I have not examined merits of the order dated 28th April, 2017.
