The learned counsel submits that he has deposited entire decretal amount before the Commissioner for Workman's Compensation at Pune in Claim Petition No. ECA-41/B-8 of 2015.

In view of submission in regard to the deposit of entire decretal amount, there is stay to the execution and operation of the Judgment and Order dated 12.02.2018 passed by the learned Commissioner for Workman's Compensation at Pune in Claim Petition No. ECA-41/B-8 of 2015.
