By this application, the Applicant has sought withdrawal of compensation deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company. 2.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and also the grounds raised in the appeal memo, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation with proportionate interest accrued thereon subject to an undertaking that he will refund the amount in the event the Appellant-Insurance Company succeeds in the appeal. 3.

The application stands disposed of.
