Though the matter was argued for some time by the learned counsel for the petitioner, on the basis of the instructions of the petitioner, who is present in the Court, he seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings for alleged non-compliance with the previous directions issued by this Court, and further to institute a comprehensive petition in relation to the reliefs in prayer clauses (B), (C) and (D) of the petition.
