This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 14.12.2017 passed by the Learned Special Judge (ACB), thereby acquittal the Respondent (Original Accused) under the provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act, Greater Mumbai in ACB Special Case No. 71 of 2009. The delay is of 20 days. 2.

For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 3,4 and 5 of the application, the delay of 20 days needs to be condoned in the interest of justice.
