Learned counsel Mr.Nargolkar appearing for the applicant submitted that in absence of learned counsel for the respondents he proposes not to press the prayers for interim orders with the request that the main petition may be listed for hearing and disposal on an early date. Accordingly, the application is disposed as not pressed with the direction that the main petition being Writ Petition No.3455/2007 may be listed for hearing before this Court on 1st August 2016.
