1] The application is for recalling the order dated 20th April 2015. The said order itself was passed in the Civil Application, which was sought for recalling the order dated 19th August 2013. 2] The earlier order dated 19th August 2013 gave elaborate reasons for rejecting the application for recalling the order dated 4th December 2001.

3] By order dated 20th April 2015, Civil Application is rejected by observing no case for interfering the order dated 19th August 2013. BGP.
