After arguing the matter at length and when it was expressed that this is not a fit case for grant of bail, Mr. Aditya Andhorikar, learned counsel for the applicant under instructions seeks leave to withdraw this application. He further submits that the applicant is languishing in jail since December, 2014 and that the trial has not yet commenced. He, therefore, submits that the directions may be given to the Trial Court to expedite the trial.
