The order dated 28.04.2015 passed by the Learned Member of the Maharashtra State Cooperative Appellate Court (Mumbai) Bench, Pune is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. By the said order, the order dated 13.04.2015 passed by the Learned Judge of the Co-operative Court, Pune came to be confirmed. Both the Courts below on the ground that since the election process has commenced have refused to interfere with the voters' list. In BGP.

WP-4474-15.doc 30.04.2015 my view having regard to the stage at which the election programme is at present, the orders passed by the Courts below cannot be faulted with. Hence, no case for interference is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
