By the above Civil Application the Applicants seek time to deposit the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- as per order dated 13/04/2017 passed in the above Writ Petition. In terms of the said order dated 13/04/2017 the Applicants were to deposit the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- latest by 04/05/2017 i.e. tomorrow. The learned counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicants are in a position to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- which they would do by tomorrow i.e. 04/05/2017 and the balance Rs.2,00,000/- they would deposit by 31/05/2017. Though by the order dated 13/04/2017 it was made clear that if the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- is not deposited, the interim order would stand vacated. However, since the Applicants have shown their inclination to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- by tomorrow i.e. 04/05/2017 and thereafter they would lgc

(25) caw-1046.17 deposit the balance Rs.2,00,000/- by 31/05/2017, this Court deems it appropriate to grant one final indulgence to the Applicants. The Applicants therefore to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- by tomorrow i.e. 04/05/2017 and the balance Rs.2,00,000/- by 31/05/2017. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted and if the amount is not deposited the rigors of the order dated 13/04/2017 would then become operative. With the aforesaid directions, the above Civil Application is disposed of. List the above Writ Petition for admission on 08/06/2017. The ad-interim relief to continue till the next date i.e. till 08/06/2017.
