The relief sought by way of the above Civil Application namely that this Court direct the Learned Family Court to take appropriate steps to complete the trial including day to day hearing of the trial, cannot be acceded to in view of the fact that the trial has already been expedited and the case in question is being heard from time to time. The Civil Application is accordingly rejected.
