This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal against conviction wherein the applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 376(2) of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten years with fine of Rs.25,000/-. The delay is of 251 days.
