The Petitioner has filed a Securitization Application before the DRT, which is pending. In this Petition, the Petitioner has impugned the order dated 20.12.2017 of the District Collector @ District Magistrate of Pune. 2.

Since the Petitioner has an alternate remedy, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition shall accordingly stand dismissed.

For a period of two weeks from today, the taking over of possession of the secured assets viz. Flat No.12, on the

Aarti Palkar 24.WP.4955.18.doc 4th Floor in the building known as "Karhadkar Heights" admeasuring about 761.25 sq.ft. i.e. 70.75 sq.mts. and Terrace adjoining thereto admeasuring 750 sq.ft. situated at City Survey No.776 in village Chinchwad, Tal.Haveli, Dist.Pune shall be deferred.
