1] Challenge in the present Writ Petition has been made to the directions issued to the Petitioner-society under the Right to Information Act vide Exhibit A dated 1st March, 2018 and Exhibit B dated 14th March, 2018, annexed to the Petition. The Petitioner has efficacious remedy available under the statute, hence, we are not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. As such Writ Petition No.2958 of 2019 stands disposed off. 2] However, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for some time in order to enable him to advice his client to seek alternate efficacious remedy. In this view of matter, we grant the Petitioner a period of three weeks from today to seek efficacious remedy, as available under law. In the meantime, operation of impugned orders dated 1st March, 2018 and 14th March, 2018 be stayed during the aforesaid period. 1/2
