The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had made several representations to the respondent no. 2 for change of developer invoking provisions of Section 13(2) of the Maharashtra Slum Act, 1971 and though there is some correspondence to that effect made by respondent no. 2, no further decision has been taken by respondent no. 2 as yet.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned nilegaonkar

43-wp-4933.2018.odt counsel for the petitioner as also learned counsel for respondent no. 2, without commenting upon the merits of the petition, we dispose of the petition by directing respondent no.2 to examine the petitioner's representation in accordance with law and take appropriate steps as may be permissible after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the present developer as also other parties which may be concerned with the matter. Let the decision as aforesaid be taken within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
