Learned counsel of both the sides submit that the parties have settled the matter amicably out of the Court. They have filed the Consent Terms, which is taken on record and marked as Exhibit -1. The Consent Terms are signed by all the parties and their respective advocates. Parties are present in the Court and their identity is verified. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that respondent nos. 4 to 6 are formal parties and the appellant wants to withdraw his appeal under the Suit against respondent nos. 4 to 6 as the appellant does not seek any relief against them.

Allowed to withdraw. The Consent Terms is accepted in terms of undertakings and the First Appeal is hereby disposed of in terms of the said Consent Terms.
