At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks the following prayers :- "a) That the present Application may be allowed;

b) That the Applicant may be dispensed with to annex the certified copy of the impugned judgment and order;

c) That the filing of Vakalatnama in the Present Application may kindly be dispensed with;

d) That the Applicant may be permitted to file separate Appeal Memo."
