This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. Since the Court is inclined to make the trial time-bound, learned Counsel for the applicant does not press this application. 2.

Vide order dated 12/06/2019 passed by this Court, (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere, J.) the applicant's first bail application bearing No. 1410 of 2019 was rejected on merits. However, the Trial Court was directed to dispose of the said case, as expeditiously as possible and in any Wakodikar 1/2

12. BA 963-2020.doc event, within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

Due to COVID / lockdown, the Trial Court could not proceed with the trial, as directed. Now, with the new SOP's in place, there is no impediment for the Trial Court to proceed with the trial now. 4.

Learned APP submits that prosecution intends to examine about 8 witnesses.

Be that as it may, since charge is framed and witness summons have been issued the learned Judge is requested to conclude the said trial within six months from the date of receipt of this order. Learned Counsel for the applicant to bring the said order to the notice of the learned Judge, within one week from today.
