P.C. :- 1] This is an application seeking condonation of delay of two years and eighteen days for seeking recall of order dated 22 October 2010 dismissing the Civil Revision Application for non prosecution. 2] Today, when the Civil Application is called out, neither the applicants nor their advocates are present to prosecute the matter. If the application is perused, it is clear that several opportunities were afforded to the applicants for prosecution of the Civil Revision Application, which they have failed to avail. There is hardly any explanation for inordinate delay.

3] Accordingly, Civil Application is dismissed.
