Counsel for the petitioners on instructions made a motion for withdrawal of the petition.

However, whether the documents at Exhs.71 to 73 are properly marked or received in evidence, an issue which can be gone into at the time of final hearing of the suit. Keeping such option open to the petitioners to raise such issue at the time of final hearing of the suit, the same shall be considered and dealt with by the Trial Court in accordance with law.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, the interim application therein also stands disposed of.
