By this application the applicant seeks permission to serve respondent No.6 by way of substituted service by publishing a notice in two local newspapers; one in English and another in Marathi. The occasion to make this application has arisen as the applicant was unable to serve the respondent No.6 on the address available, as the notice returned with remarks 'not found'.
