Through this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction to the Respondent to stop the business of 83 retailers and other licensees who do not carry out the business of any agricultural produce in the complex of the market. According to the learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 as also the learned AGP for the State that even before filing of the Petition, the action has already taken against the 83 retailers and their licenses have been cancelled and against those cancellation orders, the retailers have filed various Writ Petitions before this Court and those Writ Petitions have been dismissed. In the circumstances, according to the learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 and learned AGP, this Petition has rendered infructuous.
