This Court on 11/05/2022 by reasoned order granted ad-interim protection in favour of the applicant. 2.

I have perused the statement of the victim which is recorded u/s 164 of Cr.PC. But for making reference to the name of the applicant, there is no specific role attributed to the applicant in the serious offence punishable u/s 376 of IPC.

A statement is made by Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for the applicant that two mobile instruments containing dual sim cards in relation to the mobile nos. 9356935528, 9011727331, 9561875528 were already surrendered. Statement is accepted. 4.

In the event of arrest of applicant in crime no. 62 of 2022 registered with Malegaon police station for the offence punishable under section 376, 376(2)(n), 377, 354B & 406 of IPC, applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. 6.

The applicant shall attend the Investigating OfÏcer as and when directed.

The applicant shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.

The application stands disposed of.
