This Interim Application is filed seeking stay of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the MACT, Pune.

By an Order dated 19 April, 2023 this Court was granted interim stay to the impugned Award. Pursuant to which the Applicant has already deposited 'Award' amount in MACT, Pune with accrued interest i.e. Rs.35,34,722/-.
