The Suit in which the impugned orders have been passed is instituted in the year 2016 and having regard to the relationship between the parties, it may be expedient that the suit itself be decided as expeditiously as possible. 3.

The Appeal stands disposed with a request to the learned Judge, City Civil Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from 24 August 2023, the scheduled date of the suit. 4.
