On instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach respondent nos.2 and 3 making a request to record that the Lease Deed dated 24th February 1994 as well as the Development Agreement dated 2nd February 2006 are illegal and non est in the eyes of law. 2.

The Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the prayers made in the writ petition. The respondent nos.2 and 3 shall
