....

CORAM : A. R. JOSHI, J.

DATE : 6th MAY, 2015 P.C.

1.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant / original convicted accused No.2 on the application for suspension of substantive sentence / bail. During the trial before the Sessions Court, the present applicant was on bail. Even after conviction, she was released on bail for the period of one month as reported by the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions. Thereafter apparently she had overstayed. Now the situation is that the present appeal will take much long time for final adjudication and the punishment awarded against the applicant is of three years. As such, the applicant be released on the same bail which was granted by the Sessions Court with fresh bonds to be executed before the Sessions Court. 2.

Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of. ( A. R. JOSHI, J.) Deshmane (PS) 1 / 1
