Petitioners have filed a Public Interest Litigation concerning Metro Line Corridor-2 in Pune. The grievance pertains to realignment of the Metro Line.

Two Public Interest Litigations on the same issue are pending in this Court being Public Interest Litigation (Stamp) No. 620 of 2019 and Public Interest Litigation No. 61 of 2019.

While permitting the Petitioners to address arguments in said two Public Interest Litigations, we dispose of the instant Petition without any adjudication for the reasons it serves no purpose to have multiple Public Interest Litigations on the same issue. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners may file his Vakalatnama in 1/2
