DATE : 25th AUGUST, 2021 P.C:- Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 on instruction states that the proposal of the petitioners as a full time headmaster in the respondent no.4 night school insofar as Writ Petition No. 3675 of 2021 and as a full time peon in Writ Petition No. 3708 of 2021 are concerned, would be submitted within four weeks from today to the

Upon receipt of the said proposal by the Education Officer, both these proposals shall be considered and disposed of within next four weeks. The order that would be passed by the Education Officer shall be communicated to the management as well as to the petitioners within one week from the date of passing such order.

Both the writ petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

If any adverse order is passed against the management and the petitioners, the parties would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.
