Today, when the matter is called upon, Mr. Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition.

Ms Mansi Pandit, learned counsel for the respondent submits that because of the conduct of the petitioner, the society has suffered substantially.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner is not willing to pursue the matter, Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed without however any order as to costs.
