The impugned order is dated 5th February, 2018 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 59th Court, Kurla, Mumbai whereby Application, Exhibit 34 for attachment of salary account of the Respondent-Non Applicant came to be partly allowed. The attachment was ordered only for the months of December 2017 and January 2018.

Since the said period is already over, in my opinion, the petition has rendered infructuous.
