Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation on instructions from Dr. Rajendra Trambake, Biologist, NMC, are agreed to the following order being passed:

ORDER

(a) The present Petition alongwith pleadings of the Petitioner be treated as Representation of the Petitioner which shall be decided by the Municipal Commissioner of the Respondent-Corporation after hearing the Petitioner. AKN 1/2

2/2 2.wp.5561.2021.doc (b) The said Representation shall be decided within twelve weeks from today by passing a Speaking Order. (c) The Interim Order dated 27.10.2020 of status quo passed by the Court in this Petition shall continue to operate until the disposal of the Representation of the Petitioner.

(d) In the event the decision on the Representation is adverse, the interim order dated 27.10.2020 of status quo shall continue to operate for further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the decision. 2.
