This is an application for extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.3,74,180/-, in accordance with the Undertaking of the applicant stipulated in order dated 30th March, 2021. The applicant was required to deposit the said amount within one month from the date of order. The applicant had preferred this application on 8th May, 2021, seeking extension of four months.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of several dificulties including pandemic situation, the amount could not be deposited and at list three months time may be granted to the applicant to deposit the amount. Learned APP submits that suficient time is granted to the applicant even in-default of deposit of amount, the time is further lapsed. The applicant is a lady. Considering the submissions, extension of two months can be granted to the applicant to deposit the amount in accordance with the order dated 30th March, 2021.

(i) Interim Application No.1477 of 2021, is allowed; (ii) The time to deposit the amount of Rs.3,74,180/-, is extended by two months from today;
