ORDER:- Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, as the statement is made that so far as prayer clauses (a) and (b) are concerned, Respondent No.1 has already paid the amount, therefore not pressed prayer clauses (a) and (b). So far as prayer clause (c) is concerned, it is only against Respondent No.2 Bank. We are inclined to observe that the Petitioner's entitlement, if any, of the amount so mentioned in para 10, be released at the earliest if he is otherwise entitled for.
