Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State, we deem it fit to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to Sessions Judge, Vasai to dispose of discharge application filed by the Petitioner in Special Case No. 1 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. This direction is given as it was reported that said discharge application is pending since March 2015.
