P.C.:- 1) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that during the pendency of the present application, the police have submitted the charge-sheet. In view of the change in circumstance, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions from the mother of the applicant who is personally present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of CR No. I68 of 2018 registered with Kasar Vadavali Police Station, Thane, does not commence within a period of one year from today. Leave and liberty granted.
