Heard the learned APP appearing for the Respondent/State. In his application, the Petitioner, who is under trial prisoner No.359 in Taloja Central Prison, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, prays for expeditious and speedy trial. The said prayer in the application filed by the Petitioner on 27/03/2017 is being considered by this Court after a considerable time. In case the trial is not concluded, we direct the Trial Court to decide the trial arising out of C. R. No.175 of 2013 and take it to its logical end including pronouncement of judgment as expeditiously as possible however within a period of one year from the receipt of the copy of this order. Needless to observe that the parties shall extend full co-operation for early completing the said trial.
