The request letter signed by prisoner is in presence of Jailer, Nashik Road Central Prison on 7.7.2019 is taken on record as Exhibit-A.

Said letter shows that, prisoner does not want to continue with private advocate and wants panel advocate to be provided by High Court Legal Aid Services Committee.

We therefore direct the High Court Legal Aid Services Committee to consider his request in accordance with law and take necessary steps.

Place the matter for further consideration after 4-weeks. 6.

Request of Advocate Lasaria to discharge him shall be looked into on that date.
