REVN(ST) 8179 of 2024.doc Initially, he was sentenced by the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Vikhroli for the offence punishable under Section 332 of the Indian Penal Code and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The sentence is rigorous imprisonment for two years and fine of Rs. 3,000/- for the first offence and for the second offence, it is two years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs. 2,000/-.

After dismissal of the appeal, he is taken into custody and now he is in Jail. Due to financial constraint, he could not prefer the revision in time.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned and the revision be numbered.

Interim Application No. 1618 of 2024 is disposed of. 6.

Matter be kept on 06th May 2024.
