The petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.1 to decide her application dated 27th February, 2018 (Exh. B) seeking revocation of NA dated 30th December, 2014 issued in favour of respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Having regard to the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the relief claimed in the said application (Exh.B), we dispose of this petition by directing the Collector, Pune, to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application dated 27th February, 2018 (Exh.B) after 1/2
