After arguing the Petition for some time, learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that having regard to the fact that Suit is of the year 2014 and that even recording of the evidence has commenced, he would be satisfied if this Court issues appropriate directions to dispose of the Suit itself at the earliest.

The request made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners appears to be reasonable. The Suit is of the year 1/2
