1] Learned APP has produced nominal roll, which is taken on record as "Exhibit-A". It shows that the prisoner has been released from prison after completing punishment on 2nd December 2019. The grievance therefore, does not survive. Both writ petition and criminal application are, accordingly, disposed of.
2] Mr. Anil Parmar, the petitioner in person, is present and he has some other grievance. That grievance cannot be looked into in the present matter. We, therefore, keep it open. (N.R. BORKAR, J.) (B.P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.) Dinesh Sherla 1/1
