DATE : 27 OCTOBER 2021 P.C. :- From the arguments advanced before us, the main contention of the Petitioner appears to be the behaviour and conduct of the other family members who have been arrayed as accused by the Petitioner as regard his access to the house. However, the relief that is sought is the transfer of investigation. When the learned Counsel for the Petitioner was asked as to how this will lead to the ultimate relief the Petitioner is seeking, as there are no particulars in this Petition in that regard.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition making specific prayers (if maintainable) as regard the grievance of the Petitioner.
