P.C:- This Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenges the order dated 10th March, 2017 passed by the Additional Collector under Section 35 of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance & Regulation) Act, 1971 (the Act).

Mr. Pandey, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this Petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Authority under Section 35(1A) of the Act i.e. the Grievance Redressal Committee. Liberty as prayed for, granted. In case, Petitioner files an Appeal within two weeks from today along with application for condonation of delay to the Appellate Authority i.e. the Grievance Redreassal Committee, the same shall be considered after excluding the period from 24th April, 2017 till today i.e. the time spent in prosecuting the present Petition before this Court. Petition disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
