Our attention is invited to Government letter dated 20.1.2018 which shows that question of extending time to obtain MH-CIT is under consideration and hence on that day, has stayed its decision to recover the amount of difference from wages of employees like petitioner. 2.

It appears that because of this communication and decision Aurangabad Bench of this court as on 11.1.2019 disposed of W.P. No. 570/2014 keeping the contentions open with liberty. - Page-1/2

In this situation, in the light of this development, we dispose of the present petition with liberty to approach again if any cause of action arises. 4.
